Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Home has ample paved parking, gated deck, 2 stairs to entry, and ramp to the left that allows access to the deck without using stairs.
  • 240 volt EV charging port available for guests. Guests must bring their own EV adaptor.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be present during the reservation.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March). Travelers during the winter months should come prepared as no refunds or date changes will be given for lack of proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31–59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Hot tub available. Please secure hot tub lid after use.
  • Gas grill, gas fireplace, and stand-up propane heater available. Please shut all propane valves when not using these outdoor features.
